Bally’s Dover Casino Resort

The Chocolate Expo is pleased to bring a reunion of stars from the classic 1971 Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory movie to Bally’s Dover Resort Casino in Dover, DE, on Saturday, February 22, and Sunday, February 23, 2025.

A panel discussion will take place each day at 11am each featuring Peter Ostrum (Charlie Bucket), Julie Dawn Cole (Veruca Salt), Paris Themmen (Mike TeeVee) and Oompa Loompa Rusty Goffe. The panel discussion is included with admission.

Additionally, the stars will be available between 10am and 6pm both days (except during the Panel Discuss and breaks) to sign autographs and take photos with guests for an additional fee (cash only, so be sure to bring change -- autographs are typically $40+/- per item & per actor), similar to comic conventions, at prices set by the actors.

VIP ticket holders will have early access to the stars beginning each day at 9am.

Guests can get printed photos from the actors and/or bring any of their own memorabilia (such as a movie poster) for signing.
