Many products sampled and sold at The Chocolate Expo contain contain common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, coconut, shellfish, etc., or are made in facilities with these ingredients. If you are sensitive or allergic to these and other foods, we highly recommend that you consult with your healthcare professional prior to purchasing tickets to The Chocolate Expo. If you have significant food allergies, it is best not to purchase tickets to any event where you might come in contact with these ingredients.

By purchasing tickets to The Chocolate Expo, you consent to your voice and likeness being photographed and/or video recorded and that these images/recordings can used without compensation on television, social media, advertising and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, and that you release Baum Image Group, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability on account of such usage. If you prefer not to potentially appear in photos and/or recordings, we suggest not attending The Chocolate Expo.

Solicitation of Chocolate Expo guests, vendors and/or celebrities is not allowed at Chocolate Expo events.

We are not responsible for typographical errors by us and/or by third-parties.

Tickets are not refundable.

Large bags & backpacks are not allowed into the event and all bags are subject to inspection by local police and onsite facility security.
